Field Notes on AI is a personal technical notebook. It documents AI systems thinking, product strategy, architecture decisions, and preparation for public talks and events.
The entries are exploratory and iterative. They contradict previous ideas, leave questions unresolved, and refine frameworks over time. That's the point.
Why Public
Most technical work is invisible until it ships. This notebook inverts that — making the thinking, preparation, and uncertainty visible as it happens. Not polished posts after the fact, but rough notes while it's still forming.
The bet is simple: showing how ideas develop is more useful (and more honest) than presenting finished conclusions.
